A Story Of A FAT BOY !
It's been so much rumors now days that lose your weight this way or that way .Take those medicine , do those exercise , buy that slimming belt and blah blah blah .
Oh Come On Now !
I saw many Ppl buying those fake things like medicine or some technical stuff to reduce their weight and now they are ashamed of doing that and also they also now harmed their bodies as well .
Let me give you the best Example !

The Example is ''Harris Tariq Butt Randomly known AS Weapon Of Mass Destruction'' ! Yeah Yeah Yeah .
So Listen My Story Now that how I Lose My Weight !
When i was born many years ago , i was very faty kid infact my mom and dad take me to some competition that was ' Most healthies Kid In Town '' .and you ppl will be amzaed to hear that i won that competion on knock-out bases . wow !
That's Feel good really .
But then when i keep becoming bigger and bigger means growing up . I was becoming very fat boy.So much faty that my fellows in my childhood school alloted me a nick name '' MOTA '' . Oh man ! you ppl can't even imagine how much it used to hurt me .
My father was also very very very fat man .infact very fat man . lol
So i was going with the speed of light to left behind even my father Because i used to eat too much too much i said .lol
when i reached my F.s.c I became a faty boy , A complete fat package you know .
But
When i reached University , i thought that this is not good , this is really not good to have a big belly Because you know .You know ..you really can feel what i wanna say right here but i am leaving it UNsaid .! Lol
Yeah .. that was the reason .hehe
So I started trying to reduce my weight .& I got success in it !
My Overall success in it is as follows :
In almost 45 days , I Reduce my weight from 92 Kg TO 69 Kg .In Just 45 days .. can't you even imagine ! yeah sure every one can imagine .
But How I did That .. That's the question !
Tips : ( In Normal day routine )
Take your breakfast with not more than 2 slices .(Not Milky bread - Sugar Free bread)
Do not take lunch at all .Go For tea or coffee ( Sugar free must be )
Keep your body moving in some healthy activity all the time
Then take your Dinner , A full dinner .
Two things that you have to keep in mind all the time that
NO SUGAR at all
and before eating or drinking something , check it's nutrition fact sheet behind the wrapper of that food item .
If amout of carbohydrates and fats are more than proteins then LEAVE it .
If amount of proteins is maximum and other's one are less then TAKE it .
You also have to do some gentle exercises that i used to do .These are very necessary exercises , do not miss any day doing them . They will just consume your almost 15 minutes .so it's not much . i am sure you can manage 15 minutes for your dieting purposes .Yes surely You can !
The exercise that i used to do .. i can't explain them in words right here but i am leaving photos for you here !
Now when you start this .. you have to keep doing this without any interruption at all .you have to keep doing even if the sky is going too fall down on you :)
After doing this :
Take some trip to northern areas . once in a month will be fine . and walk to almost 20km in a day without any stop point.
Now after doing all those thing .. you will start getting result .. you will see that you are changing . ppl will stare at you and will say to you ..OHHH " what happened to you dear , you became so weak . ''
Now that will be the first point of your success .and keep doing those my tips , you will see soon that everyone around you will get jealoused from you :)

Here comes the major points of Dieting , just put them in your mind and you will Rock !
Always walk with heads-up and be in a protocol mood everytime.Think high in every circumstances that YOU CAN DO IT !
IF I CAN DO THIS THEN I CAN DO THIS AS WELL ! .. you have to follow that strategy .
Always listen quality Music .. Music has alot of effect in our lives so when you will be in protocol mood during dieting then music will multiple that protocol to million times . and indirectly it will reduce your weight via your dieting .
Get Hurt by some girl If you are a boy and vice verca .Because it will put your mind into positive revenge style. you will exercise more and more due to getting hurt by that girl .actually you will be in UDAAS mood but that UDAASI will go through your body and it will force the body to move and do more harder things . so in this way you will put more force on your body and indirectly you will be reducing your weight .

This was my strategy .Follow it and grip it if you wanna be slim , smart and courageous .
